Preconference Session Submission Form
You are invited to submit proposals for a preconference session for the 17th World Congress of Intensive and Critical Care (WCICC2025) to be held in Vancouver, Canada, from September 16-19, 2025. The preconference session will be held on Monday, September 15, 2025.
Submission Deadline: February 28, 2025
Submission Requirements:
All submissions require learning objectives. Key information about Royal College expectations for learning objectives can be found here. Please avoid verbs that are often used but are open to many interpretations (e.g., appreciate, have faith in, know, learn, understand, believe). Click here for a link to suggested verbs.
All proposals are to be submitted in English as this will be the primary language of the congress.
Do not use text with ALL CAPS in the submission.
Please Note:
Session chairs and speakers are required to follow the WCICC2025 Diversity and Speaker Policy.
Speakers and chairs will not receive any expense reimbursement.
Preference will be given to topics relevant to the broader community that includes multidisciplinary speakers from around the world.
The WCICC2025 Organizing Committee will review all proposals and send decision notifications the week of March 28, 2025.
Accreditation of your session is recommended to promote participation of healthcare providers.
