YVR Airport to Waterfront Station

TransLink CA operates a subway from YVR-Airport Station @ Platform 1 to Waterfront Station @ Platform 5 every 10 minutes.

Walk towards the International Terminal. Look for signs that say “Canada Line” and go up the escalator (or elevator) to level 4. There is a covered walkway to the Skytrain Station.

NOTE: When returning to the airport (YVR) take the Canada Line heading towards YVR (not Richmond Brighouse).

How do you pay for the SkyTrain in Vancouver?

Tickets cost $4–6 and the journey takes 26 min.

Using a Compass Card, Compass Ticket, contactless payment cards, or mobile wallet. When you travel on SkyTrain, SeaBus, or West Coast Express, tap your card, ticket, or mobile wallet to the card reader at the fare gates (or validator for West Coast Express) as you enter and exit a station to validate your fare.
